Gone are the dogs?

There seems to be some sort of improvement in the canine menace in Bangalore. Last night I didn't get howled-at even once while getting back home from office on my scooter. Either the threats of castration drives by the BMP (Bangalore Mahanagara Palike) (#@!##!!!)(sorry, can't help it) have induced a mass hysteria in the dogs and they have fled for Mysore or nearby areas more conducive to their reproductive agendas. Or I hit all the wrong potholes which were devoid of dogs. Acutally come to think of it this might be the reason because I avoided all the potholes that were full with garbage, and we all know dogs love to play in garbage. *sigh*
